Mission Sitrep No. FBS-1704 December Mission Report
Date of Mission: 9th December 2017
Location of Mission: Workers Hubertus Country Club Lake, 205 Adams Road, Luddenham NSW
Weather: Great sailing day, light wind and not too hot.
Ships in Attendance & Members in Attendance: About 20 members from Sydney and the Hunter with 40 odd models running or on display.
Mission Actions: This run was Greater Sydney’s Christmas sail and lunch. Starting about 9.30 we sailed through to midday before adjourning to the club for a good lunch and drinks. Following lunch our newest Life Member Ron Rosenberg was presented with a commemorative plaque and his life membership badge by Tony. After Ron’s speech and congratulations from other members we headed back to the lake for another couple of hours of sailing.
It was a great way to finish a busy year.
