Is there a way I can configure the forum to display the latest posts first, rather than having to go to the last page of a thread to see the latest post?

I understand that the forum is set up a particular way, I'm just asking about how it displays to me as an individual visitor.

Mike,
Playing with the control panel has provided what I think you are after, being the latest posts first. Seems to work with me.
