FBGS Run Wentworth Falls 8th October 2016

On Saturday October 8th, we rolled up to Wenty under a grey and overcast sky. The first shower started as we were unloading and they continued intermittently until after noon when a large grey cloud loomed on the horizon. At that point we decided to quit while we were just damp and not soaked through.

The usual half dozen or so group of suspects were there for a double hat trick. The first was 3 scales 1/72, 1/35 and 1/24th. The second was that there were 3 of each scale running.

Phil Chapman was having fun with his 1/24th scale US Coast Guard vessel finally running to his satisfaction. I was testing two little plastic fantastics and a Brave in 1/35th scale as well as my 1/72 scale ones. Chris Uttley his USS Kimberley, Tony Page his new HMAS Macquarie.
