Duncan the newest of the T45's has limped back into Devonport 2 days after sailing as part of the standing NATO maritime group. The fleet was conducting exercises on the south coast of England when she experienced technical problems. Since the launch of the first T45 over 5000 faults have been recorded for the 6 ships. From 2019 each will be refitted to try and stop the problems with propulsion systems. May be they should do what the Russians do and deploy a salvage tug with then when they leave port.

Re: HMS Duncan breaks down
Now back with them, a quick fix. Sounds like someone forgot to pack enough fuses to replace when the system tripped.
