Lovely clear shot of the Flower-class corvette HMCS Rosthern. She served primarily in the Battle of the Atlantic as a convoy escort. She is named for Rosthern, Saskatchewan.

Admiral Hipper-class heavy cruiser Blücher on sea trials. She had a very short wartime career, being lost to shore batteries during the invasion of Norway in 1940.

Queen Elizabeth-class dreadnoughts HMS Valiant, HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Barham. The differences between the modernised Valiant and QE on one hand and Barham on the other are obvious, and probably led to her loss.

Admiral Graf Spee enters the neutral port of Montevideo, Uruguay, following the Battle of the River Plate, first major naval engagement of WWII.
Surprised no one has built one in 1:72 given the whole Pocket Battleship story.
