1/48 Bathurst class hull

Hi members
I've completed a couple of 1/72 Bathurst class corvettes over the past few years with fibreglass hulls I've got of Allan pew.
Just wondering if any members are aware of any one who makes or has a 1/48 scale mould?
Any info would be great

Regards
Andrew

I have seen a couple of 1:32 scale Flower class hulls from the UK, but a Bathurst in 1:48 scale in't something I'm aware of.

Perhaps a small craft specialist like Steve Batcheldor might be able to help? It's probably going to be a one off though.

Given how few fittings there might be at that scale you may be better off going with a larger scale such as 1:32 and using the established fitting suppliers in the UK.

I have a feeling that Steve Batcheldor has done one in 48 scale as they did a model that is kept in the Wagga city hall of HMAS WAGGA. I'm sure Steve will answer when he is available.

The guys and I made a 1:50 scale model of HMAS Wagga about 12 years ago now. I am currently working on another model of the same ship this time radio controlled. Actually had it on the water for the first time over Christmas. Have the mould for the hull but it would be some time before I could make another hull as I have a long list of others to do first.

I sent a message to Andrew last night saying that it would be a while if he wanted a hull.
