Looking to start a new project during up and winter months
Dispite various on line search I have been unsuccessful
The drawings are USCG Legend Class Berthoff

Not sure, try http://www.homeportmodels.com/ModelPortfolio.html

They do 1:96 so you will have to scale the plans.

Forgot about homeport model ,anything to do with US Navy coast guard I always contact floating drydock

Floating Drydock are good, but not on modern USN / USCG vessels, they don't even have Burke plans.

I doubt they will have plans for something that's still under construction.

You not looking in right spot! DDG51 is in the Bu series about 8 sheets of plans available in 1/96 and 1/48

There are some early USCG ship and patrol craft in the G section plans
