Fleet Base Gulf Waters
Fleet Base Gulf Waters (FBGW) is a very small branch of a very large Model Club Task Force 72 we are based in the beautiful state of South Australia in a small city called Adelaide. We have some great guys that have a passion for every thing grey and 1:72 scale that floats(with guns),in the warmer months we sail and the cooler months we build, some times if its not too cold in the shed. Look for us at Rymill Park, West Lakes or Mawson Lakes.

A big thank you to our state rep Jim who stayed at the display all weekend and to all the other guys who helped (you know who you are). Great turn out and lots of interest in the models. Cheers Scott

Re: Fleet Base Gulf Waters
Hi All , Just to let everyone know that last Tuesday myself , Vince & Warner put a deputation to a local council , who last year wanted to impose upon us a $ 1000.00 bond for the free use of a water way within the confines of Thorndon Park Reserviour. As a result of this , the council , in their wisdom , unanimously voted against the bond . As a result , we now have another sailing venue. Details are yet to be decided on as for we will conduct our sail days. A victory for the little guy
Cheers, JIM
