ASPI report on the RAN

Hi all, the Australian Strategic Policy Institute has published a report examining the RAN shipbuilding strategy and finding it very wanting. At the current rate we won't see a new missile cell joining the fleet till 2033 based on the current Hunter timeline.
They are suggesting a interim set of three new AWD be built in the interim to bulk up the fleet with a known vessel and to keep ASC gainfully employed.
The report can be found at

If adopted, perhaps they could be called Melbourne, Darwin and Newcastle?
