Commissioning of Cape Otway today

Apparently the first of the Navy's purpose-built Cape class, Cape Otway, will be commissioned today over in WA.
She will join Cape Fourcroy and Cape Inscription (both of which are owned by National Australia Bank and leased to the RAN) in service and is the first of six boats intended to speed the decommissioning of the Armidale class (some of whom are in not particularly great shape) and support the transition to the Arafura class.
Not sure if she will be designated ADV (Australian Defence Vessel) like Fourcroy and Inscription (which are painted blue with a red stripe) or commissioned as HMAS.
Otway and the remaining 5 Navy-ordered vessels are being painted Haze Grey and bear hull numbers in the 31X series.
