1804 – Steam Museum Military Vehicles Day Event Report

Mission Sitrep No: 1803 Event Report

Date of Mission: 15th July 2018

Location of Mission: Campbelltown Steam & Machinery Museum Military Vehicles Day, Menangle Rd, Gilead, NSW

Weather: Cool windy sunny winters day.

Ships in Attendance: Quite a variety of smaller ships which are great for running around this small pond, and a good display of larger ones.

Members in Attendance:   Michael and Robyn B, Brian M and Tony P

Mission Actions:   A successful day out, TF72 attended the Steam Museum Military Vehicle muster at Menangle Park. The event, organiser and volunteers running the muster were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for the few that did venture out. Very big thanks to again to Mr Mike Brown and Mr Tony Page for organising. Unfortunately lack of water meant only a static display, although this did not stop Michael from giving his little loyal model a run in the inch or two of water! Hopefully some rain before next year and we will be sailing again.
